We’re open about feedback because it’s critical to ongoing improvements – in service, quality and products. We benchmark our standards by talking to learners and clients. One of the roles of our Quality Assurance team is actively to seek clients’ feedback so that there is always an objective place where work can be discussed openly and honestly. For us, Quality Assurance is about listening to our clients as well as making sure we’re the best we can be.
It’s important to maintain a robust approach to quality, because our business and technologies evolve so fast. Every part of our business complies with the ISO 0991:2000 standard. We ensure regular auditing of our quality processes across our organisation.
We’re accredited by the Institute of IT Training (IITT) as a leader in learning and development. Accreditation demonstrates our commitment to delivering innovative e-learning solutions to the highest-possible standards. IITT accreditation is recognised as the global standard in learning and development, and assessment for ongoing accreditation is done annually to ensure high quality is maintained.
