We’re open about feedback because it’s critical to ongoing improvements – in service, quality and products. We benchmark our standards by talking to learners and clients. Our Quality Assurance team is responsible for actively seeking clients' feedback so that work can be discussed openly and honestly. For us, Quality Assurance is about listening to our clients, as well as making sure we are the best we can be. 

It’s important to maintain a robust approach to quality, because our business and technologies evolve so quickly. Every part of our business complies with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. We ensure regular auditing of our quality processes across our organisation.
