Our dedicated support team provides 24/7 administrative and technical support to customers for all of our product offerings. This ensures that our customers can contact us at any time for expert advice and support while using our products. The services provided range from basic technical support to complete administrative support for the application, including registrations, course assignments and bespoke reports.



Our deployment team is responsible for the set-up of new learning management systems (LMSs), course deployments and any 3rd party courses on the Atlas LMS, Engage.
