1. How to reset my password.

2. Course not loading – I see a plain black screen

Many of the courses in the systems are built using Adobe Flash and require this to be enabled to play the content correctly.

3. Popups Blocker – I click to launch a course and nothing happens.

When clicking to launch a course, a popup is used to show the course in a new window.  Browsers sometimes block these but it is easy to work-around.
